We deliver nationwide using Courier IT courier services. A tracking number and link will be sent via email once the order is completed and dispatched. The parcel is trackable via Courier IT's website.
We charge a shipping flat rate fee of R90. Orders before 1pm are fullfilled same day.
All orders placed before 9:00 AM on working days are usually shipped within the same day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Our standard delivery takes 2-3 business days based on where you are. If you’re in more of an outlying area, it may take a little bit longer. All orders placed after 13:00 will be shipped by the next business day. We do not ship out orders on weekends.
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over R800 (not including discounts).

Ritual Self is an authorised distributor of the brands we stock. This means that we have entered in to a legal contract with the manufacturer to distribute their products. You can be confident that we do not sell inauthentic, grey market or parallel import product.
Due to technical restrictions, you are not able to change or cancel your order prior to delivery once it has been confirmed. If you would like to purchase a different item, or no longer wish to receive your order, please return the item you don't want within 7 days of delivery (see return policy) and place a new order if desired. For further assistance, please contact our Customer Care Team.
We accept returns within 7 days from the delivery date. Unused and unopened items (in their original packaging) can be returned for a full refund - less the return shipping costs. Shipping is not refundable. You may choose to receive a refund to your original form of payment. You may not receive a refund if you return an item that is opened, damaged, without authorization, and/or not in its original packaging.
Please write to us with your return requests at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your note please include the following: name, date of purchase and reason for wanting to return the product. Shipping costs for online returns are the responsibility of the customer, we will only pay for a return's shipping costs if a product arrived damaged or if the wrong product was sent by mistake. All returns must be approved.
We accept returns for all items except for items on sale, special bundles / routine packages, food items, books, and face tools.
Definitely. Make a note in the comment section and add your friends address in the delivery address. Don’t worry, we won’t add an invoice in with the parcel.

The inventory on our site should be up-to-date, but sometimes due to high demand mistakes happen and an item may be out of stock or unavailable. In this case we will contact you by e-mail to see if you’d like us to ship the order incomplete (and we will ship the remaining items at no extra charge when they become available.) Or we’d be happy to help you find a replacement product. You can also sign up on an individual product page to be notified when the product is back in stock.
